This is the technical analysis of XLMUSD on the 4 hours timeframe using the RSI indicator.
As you guys can see the price is going up and forming higher highs although the RSI is going downwards and forming lower highs which is a bearish divergence that means the buyers are losing power.
The potential scenarios in this case are that we go by the traditional divergence and the prices go down or they might settle here for a while. The second scenario is that we break the resistance on the RSI and head back up.
