Hey XRP holders, just noticed it started rising higher near the end of the purple dips, instead of near the front end.

Quick theoretical question for anyone, If everyone that has XRP set it to sell at 3$, What would happen? Would the Price go up since no one would be selling from 0.20 till 3$? Supply would go down essentially right? so price would skyrocket?
