XVG vs XRP, quite an interesting comparison. I'v tried to keep the XRP overlay correct regarding dates and price. I think it's like XVG will at least retest the trend line, let's just wait and see what happens then. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on Verge now that I noticed it's making the lovely step pattern ;)

Rising wedge on XVGUSD also a lot of volatility and fomo. If this does break downwards can maybe go towards 0.50 retrace, but a BTC run will push this up more imho.

Ok so one day to the big XVG announcement, any guesses as to who this mystery partner might be? The XVG guys have really been pamping this one and of course they just had to do it in typical crypto (get it ;)) style. There have been so many disastrous pre-announcements in crypto I can't remember them all. Last years EMC2 announcement probably the funniest, turned out to be an exit scam a lot of people got ruined there. Yup I'm spreading the FUD here lol.
Oh memory lane... haha NEO yup, everyone's fave smart coin. Who remembers the poem? lol, that was another blatant attempt at pamping. And what about LTC announcing Litepay when they knew all credit card providers were denying services to cryptos for months! And there was the Ripple thing last year and oh what else... my poor beared brain
But if you believe XVG HQ this gonna change the world.... (literally that's what they said, please don't believe this). Anyway.... as the saying goes "buy the rumor, sell the news", I expect whatever the news is to lead to an immediate drop in the price, particularly since we are failing to get new highs (we see that this price is pure FOMO). What happens after that depends on the news and how it affects real adoption. HYPE drives these markets imho, but ADOPTION is what will sustain them when the hype wears off.

Good example of selling the new, expectations are over-inflated, always a sell off. Looks like xvg will go down to 200 MA next at 5 cent.

Now XVG has tested 5 cent zone sufficiently it looks like great support here. I would say next we retest the 9 to 10 zone

XVG made it to 9.3 cent. I'v sold and will look for a buy back between 5.5 and 6 cent. This is a very volatile coin and I expect it to do well this year.
