I asked this guy who pooped up in chat, without me asking to chat, to explain the orders to me... first he gave me link back to the video that sent me to him.... then I asked him to explain how to use it is said "people use it differently to trade for a variety of reasons"... so I asked in a different way, and he said "ohh come on you're smarter than that"... So i said "OK i used this for 16 hours of simulated trading just explain X, he said "Ohh forget that for now"... I asked him one last question and he said "staging"... that is all... I was so mad I said "I don't know why you are here, because your "help" is utterly worthless as far a helping people understand the tool". The guy should be in comedy doing a satire route on tech help... Dell of course has the absolute worst tech support, and McAfee has the best... but this poor guy hasn't
got an gram of knowledge about how to explain things. So if you want to understand how the automated order system works bite the bullet and read the manual or watch videos on youtube but don't ask the guy on nite shift to explain it because he has multiple Phds in obtuse and obscure.
