Oats broke weekly resistance Tuesday and eclipsed the Cypher completion at 250'4, and moved into extension of Cypher before trading back. Oats is moving towards first gap and possible continuation to second gap at 268'2

Oats continues to advance clearing the first gap spoke about over a month ago. Now entering the extension for the Cypher, which nears the second larger gap at 268'4. May see some pull back tomorrow and into Friday as it is nearing overbought levels, or full on to touch gap.
