TATAMOTORS 1W TF LONGTATAMOTORS forming a double bottom pattern in Weekly TF. It is good to go long in this stock as of now keeping SL around 360 levels and keeping targets of 520 levels. Also people can add once it breaks the above zone of 460 levels. But the SL in that case would increase. Trade safe. Manage risk. Be profitable. TATA Motors Trend AnalysisA potential reverse Head & Shoulder pattern is forming. Fundamentals are not good but technically if this pattern plays out then it can hit 960 or even 1000 level as its technical target. Currently price is moving inside a descending channel. Expecting support to be around 300 level. In worst case it may fall to 200 level (very unlikely) Better to enter around 300 level for the following targets: 1) Medium term swing target @ 590 (96.5% ROI with 8.25 R:R) 2) Long term positional target @ 960 (220% ROI with 18.8 R:R) Stop loss is a must @ 265 For low risk entry you can enter at the break out of descending channel. Royalty Terms For the use of the brand "Castrol", the company pays Castrol Ltd, U.K. (promoter) royalty @ 3.5% on annual turnover subject to a cap of 10% on profit before tax (PBT). It paid ~80 crores and ~112 crores in royalty to Castrol Ltd U.K. in FY20 and FY19 respectively.
