X Period High/Low/MidToday we have a simple, but endlessly versatile, indicator that plots the X Period High/Low/Mid of your chosen market.
Traditionally the 52 week High/Low is used as a breakout signal. However, by changing to an X period, and adding a midway line, we create a more versatile indicator that can be tailored to various markets.
By default it's set at 250 periods (because I like the 250 period moving average), and I generally trade H4 and Daily time frames. But tweak it to your liking, you just have to modify the length periods by your desired time frame and lookback length. E.g. to create a 52 week indicator on the daily time frame, enter a length of 260 in the indicator (5 days per week * 52 weeks = 260).
For the above reason, I haven't made this indicator MTF, as there's no real need. However, if users find it easier I can look at adding it later.
Also, the mid point between an X period high/low is often a good trend-follower, as well as acting as support/resistance . I encourage you to experiment with different ways of using this indicator. Entire systems (if your risk management is correct) can be built and traded from this one indicator.
Good luck.

CS Trading Bot Study - Crypto EditionWhat is this Study about?
The CS Trading Bot Study is for getting Open Long (Buy) and Close Long signals (Sell) that you can use to get alerts in various ways (Webhooks, Emails, etc).
The Study is very profitable for a vast amount of Crypto assets and the algorithm behind is not overfitted.
How to use it?
Make sure to start your research and find your favorite Crypto assets using the corresponding strategy:
The research process is very important as you can see beforehand how well the alerts for this Study would perform.
Make sure to read the Strategy's description, as well!
After you found your Crypto assets of interest using the corresponding Strategy...
Open a new chart for each asset and add the Study from your favorite indicators.
Click on the alert symbol on your chart and from "Condition" choose the "CS Bot" Strategy.
Then below choose "CS Bot Buy Alert" and "CS Bot Sell Alert" (each separate alerts).
Under "options" check "Once per bar" (very important) .
Pick your desired way of getting the alerts (app, popup, email, webhook).
The webhooks for setting alerts are very interesting as you can forward your signals to your own trading bot or simply wait until my trading bot is available (currently in development)
Since I develop myself, rest assured it will be available soon. Look out for comments below as soon as it is available!
How to access?
If you are interested to get access to the complete package, please don't hesitate to send me a private message for a quote.
The amount of concurrent users using the package (=licenses) is limited to max. 500 a month (more we cannot manually handle has Tradingview has no automation for this yet).
Access to the bot package is based on a monthly basis. If you get access, you will asked in person at the end of the month if you want to continue or not.
The monthly fee depends on the demand, but for as long as you continue using the package your initial price stays the same!
CS Trading Bot Strategy - Crypto EditionWhat is this strategy about?
The CS Trading Bot Strategy is for researching the most lucrative Crypto assets to be selected for in the corresponding Study (that actually generates alerts/signals).
The Strategy is very profitable for a vast amount of Crypto assets and the algorithm behind is not overfitted.
How to use it?
As a rule of thumb, the best time-frames are the 4h, 3h, 2h and 1h (sometimes 30M and 45M).
For many high profile/volume assets such as BTC, ETH and XRP the Daily is very profitable, as well. Weekly and Monthly time-frames should be avoided.
It is not recommended to apply this strategy to new assets with only a few weeks of history. I recommend a history of at least 6 months and 5 trades in the Strategy stats.
In the Strategy settings, you can adjust the time-span to see how the Strategy performs in certain conditions like bear-markets (see for example 4H on BTCUSDT from Jan 2018 - March 2019).
What to look for on researching?
If you are researching, make sure to look for these metrics in the Strategy overview:
Linear equity growth (especially over a larger period of time)
Low drawdown
Profitability above 50%
Average gain per trade of 5%
A satisfying profit for your selected time-span
Min. 5 trades, better 10
Min. 6 Months time-span
As a head-start, I suggest to research on the following assets, so you get a feeling about what to look for based on the list above:
POLONIEX:BTCUSDT
POLONIEX:ETHUSDT
POLONIEX:XRPUSDT
Why Poloniex? Because it has a long history for these assets...
Once you determined your favorite assets, you are ready to add the corresponding Study and within, set alerts for them.
Here the Webhooks are very interesting as you can forward your signals to your own trading bot or simply wait until my trading bot is available (currently in development)
Since I develop myself, rest assured it will be available soon. Look out for comments below as soon as it is available!
The bot is a commercial package including:
This Strategy for finding the best assets
The Study for setting alerts based on the best assets (webhooks, emails, popups, etc)
Access to our automated trading bot (separate download, as soon as available)

Rúnar - Secret Wisdom (Runar)Rúnar is an extension of my "Current script". Runar is a MTF indicator that looks at the market across several sections to determine strong buy signals and end of trend.
The best way Runar is used is entering on Green/Red dots and exiting the market once the oscillator rolls down or if you have the daily filter turned on, using the next opposite signal.
This indicator is something I'm seriously proud of and insane for swing trading.

A.M E Trend
Hi Trading View,
This is my Custom Indicator and Strategy that i am currently using. This is a Trend following indicator that plots entries on certain market criteria.
The indicator will Plot Bollinger Bands and also 2 EMA's on the trading time frame and also 2 EMA's on the Daily time frame for quick view on overall market Direction.
This indicator is looking for:
Market Direction
Pullbacks to EMA's
Price Action
Lows and Highs
Trend continuation
Once these conditions are met the indicator will place signals onto the chart in the direction of the trade.
This indicator will look for both Long and Short Signals.
This indicator can be used on Multiple Time Frames and currency pairs.
I use this indicator mainly on the 15M and 1H chart.
You are also able to set alerts for the signals so if you are not near the charts all the time you will get a notification pop up on the trading view app
User discretion should be used while using this indicator, I look for rejection and reversal candles such as a Doji, Long Wick Bar or Engulfing.
Trading Rules:
Stop loss below or above previous low or high of signal bar.
Look for a 1:1 or 1:1.5 risk reward (some trades go way further).
Have Fun and Enjoy.

Use On Renko Chart - Cheap Entry Signals HI BIG PLAYERS,
in according of an enquiry from an user of tradingview I coded this script for free.
This script allows to identify a trend on the basis of higher high & higher low and lower high & lower low. And only after this fulfill conditions the entry signal comes out. The enquiry relates to Renko-charts, this is why it was build more usable on Renko-Charts.
In addition, it is possible to choise yourself the view of highest/lowest peaks and signals in the options.
Please give me a like to this indicator and of course: you are invited to follow me or visit my other scripts in relation to Wolfe Wave and Elliott Wave.
King regards

QuantCat Mom Finder Strategy (1H)QuantCat Momentum Finder Strategy
This strategy is designed to be used on the 1 hour time frame, on all x/btc pairs.
The beautiful thing is it plots the take profit, and stoploss for you for each entry- where I would say use the stoploss for sure and feel with water with how the price action is looking when in profit.
In this strategy, I actually implemented my own trading style into building the strategy. Having to replicate my own trading strategy into an algorithm, I can't make it exactly perfect to how I would trade, but what I can do is try and program the parameters that give it the absolute best chance of making a big move with a small drawdown- which replicates part of my momentum trading style. Here I am using RSI, MACD, EMA and trend filtering values to find moments where there has been a momentum change to play the rest of the move. It only picks the best entries.
There is always a 3-4 R/R move on average with with these trades, meaning 1 in 4 only need to hit to be a break even trader- where most of these strategies have about 35% hit rate.
The stoploss is so crucial to minimise any damage from huge unexpected candles, the strategies can just be used for entries as well, you don't have to stick to the exact formula- of the long and short system, but this by itself is profitable.
The system nets positive results on
-ETH/BTC
-LTC/BTC
-XRP/BTC
-ADA/BTC
-NEO/BTC etc.
We also have a free 15M strategy available too.

This strategy is designed to be used on the 15 minute time frame, on liquid x/btc pairs and BTC/USD.
It works by having 2 moving averages, automatic stop loss calculation, and taking positions on MA crosses and MA zone bounces for confirmation.

There is a small element of trend filtering also for the MA's, but I found adding it in actually hindered performance when testing and training the strategies unless it was using a loose value.

EMA/SMA CloudSmall entry is given when the cyan line crosses the Faster moving ema while the validation happens when the color of the bands flip to green and red
Multiple time frames are best for this and I find the 165 , 330 , 600 work very well in confluence with one another - Higher time frames I would stress to stay looking at for this strategy I can not stress that enough - Please do your own research and let me know if there's anything I could do to perfect it !

Implied Volatility Rank & Model-Free IVRThis is an update to my previous IV Rank & IV Percentile Script.
I originally made this script for binary/digital options, but this also can be used for vanilla options too.
There are two lines on this script, one plotting Model-Based IV rank and Model-Free IV Rank.
How it works:
Model-Based IV Rank:
1. Take whatever timeframe you're using and multiply it by 252. This is done because typically IV is calculated over a year, which has 252 days. But this can be used for any timeframe, so just multiply you're timeframe by 252. In the picture above I'm using a 30 min chart, so I multiplied 30 min by 252 and got 7 days, 14 hrs , and 30 min.
2. Next input the result you got from step 1 into the corresponding input boxes.
3. Then input the timeframe you are using into the input box labeled timeframe. I'm using 30 min so I put 30.
4.Finally choose the delta that you want to use and input its standard deviation into the input box. There is a list of common deltas and their corresponding standard deviations in the menu so you don't have to go looking them up. Typically 16D or 1 standard deviation is used when calculating IV, but you can choose whichever one you want.
*FYI. For people trading binary/digital options, the delta of a vanilla option is the same as the price of a binary/digital option. This is because the delta is the first-order mathematical derivative of the vanilla option's price, and a binary/digital option is a mathematical derivative of a vanilla option. So when you see the list of deltas and their corresponding standard deviations values, just know that 40D=$40 binary, 30D=$30 binary, 20D=$20 binary, and so on. But again typically the 16D or $16 binary's standard deviation value would be used*
This calculation of IV rank is useful for vanilla option traders who use Tradingview and don't have access to this metric.
This calculation of IV rank is useful for binary/digital option traders using Tradingview because the only two regulated binary options exchanges: the CBOE and Nadex, do not offer advanced options data, such as IV rank. On the CBOE and Nadex only the market-makers have this data, which they get from their own in-house pricing models. So at least now any binary option traders can have the same data as the market makers that they are trading against. Also if your wondering how accurate my pricing model is; just know that I have have compared the prices given by the pricing model to realtime prices on Nadex (live account) and the prices that my model shows for differing strike prices matches the prices that the market-makers set. So the pricing model, upon which this IV rank is based, is accurate.*
Model-Free IV Rank:
This IV Rank is based off the VixFix and just ranks the VixFix's values over the past 252 periods. In the menu you can see the recommended periods for calculating the VixFix, with 22 being the one most people use. This is the exact same methodology used in my original IV Rank script.
Which should you use?
This is up to you and each have their own pros and cons.
The main pro of using the model-free version is that because it does not rely on a pricing model, it does not take as many steps to calculate IV and therefore can update its IV projections much quicker than the model based approach. This is why if you zoom out the model-free version will have a more choppy appearance than the model based.
The main pro of using the model based version is that this is what the overwhelming majority of options traders use, and can be applied to any option delta you want, while the model-free version only calculates IV rank on the 16D aka $16 binary aka 1 standard deviation strike.

DepthHouse Trading System Basics
The Cloud:
The cloud is used in a very similar manner as the ichimoku cloud. A complete cross above or below the represents a macro trend change. The cloud then could be used as dynamic support and resistance zones.
By default there is no smoothing to the full cloud. If you wish to add smoothing, you can change the ‘Trend Base On’ option to ‘Modded Cloud Average’ to add price action and smoothing into the cloud’s calculations. The Modded Cloud can then be used in the same manner as the Full Cloud. Generally, the Full Cloud is more forgiving and has less Macro Trend changes. By default, this option is turned off. The support or resistance zone created will be shown on the info panel on the right.
Horizontal Levels:
A Horizonal zone is generated each time there is a micro level trend change. For example, as soon as a positive micro trend change occurs a green horizontal level will be plotted.
These levels then can be used as temporary support and resistance zones. The Horizontal Break Trading Strategy is entirely based on these levels. These levels are also shown on the info panel on the right.
The Envelope Itself: (by default this is off)
By selecting the Overbought and Oversold Ranges option, a cloud envelope will appear around the price action. This envelope represents the overbought and oversold ranges. If the price action should go into these zones, the info panel on the right will show ‘CAUTION’ beside the God Values as this signals that the pair is either overbought or oversold.
The God Values:
The God values are listed on the info panel on the right. These are the values created by the Godmode indicator. Generally, below 20 or above 80 it signals for caution as the price action has overextended itself.
The Back-Test Strategy Options:
⇅ - Child Fomo Positioning:
Child Fomo Positioning strategy is entirely based on the macro trend change with the center cloud. As soon as there is a complete candle close above or below the cloud and a trend change takes place. The back-test places a market order as soon as the next candle opens. By default, it then will not close this position until the price action fully crosses the cloud once again.
⇅ - Horizontal Break Trading:
Horizontal Break Trading Strategy is entirely based on the horizontal levels generated and the macro trend direction. For example, say the Macro Trend is up, and a green, positive horizontal level is formed. As soon as a complete candle closes above the upper level of the positive zone, a limit order is placed in hope that the price action comes back down and retests, filling the order. This long will not close then until a negative level is formed. As soon as a negative level is formed a stop/loss order is placed on the lower level of the horizontal support zone. It will then do the opposite in a bearish trend, and margin trading is turned on.
⇅ - Parent Positions :
Parent Positioning Strategy is based on the overall trend and the center cloud levels. This strategy has limit orders waiting on the level of the cloud that is closest to the price action. Therefore, using this strategy alone, the back-test system waits for the trend to be confirmed, and then follows the price action with limit orders waiting on the cloud to be retested. By default this order does not close until a Marco trend change occurs.
⇅ - Take 50% Partial Profits:
This options allows the back-test to take 50% profit or loss when one of the two options occur.
Horizontal Break: This would close 50% of the position in the same manner it would close a trade using the horizontal break trading system.
God Values: Once the price action enters the oversold or overbought clouds, it would then place a close order as soon as the price action exits the cloud.
⟲ - Backtest Year Start Date :
Start year of the back-testing. If set to ex. 2017, the back-test will not calculate any trades that took place before Jan. 1 of 2017.
⚖ - Margin Trading :
By default, margin trading is turned off. Simply switch this option to on the enable ‘Short Trading’ into the strategy back-test.
Notes: If you are back testing multiple strategies at the same time, you must increase the pyramiding to correspond to the number or strategies.
My Favorite Settings:
Margin = Off
Pyramiding = 2 [Settings → Properties → Pyramiding → 2 orders
Child Fomo Positioning = On
Horizontal Break Trading = On
Everything else off 😊
