Added signal functionality to StochRSI 2 Set Default Resolution of StochRSI 1 to "D" and StochRSI 2 to "240"
This is a multi-time frame Stoch RSI based on Chris Moody's "CM_Stochastic_MTF". Changes are primarily cosmetic and the "stock" signal and Stoch RSI calculations are retained.

This is a different version of Stochastic RSI. the only difference is the use of variable moving average by Lazybear instead of regular sma for K smoothing. Its purely an experiment.
