Delta Galil Industries Ltd. engages in the manufacture and marketing of private label apparel products for men, women, and children. It operates through the following segments: Brands, Private Label, Seven for All Mankind, Delta Israel, and Other Segment. The Brands segment is composed of the licensed and owned brands. The Private Label segment consists of the operation of private labels in all sales markets. The Seven for All Mankind segments includes the activities of the denim brand across the US, Europe, and other territories in over 60 countries, through owned and partnered retail stores, wholesales channels, and through the brand DTC website. The Delta Israel segment covers the sales of intimate apparel and loungewear products in Israel under its owned local-market brands, Delta, Fix, and Panta rei. The Other Segment segment refers to the activity of Bare Necessities, a North American online retailer of intimate apparel and swimwear. The company was founded by Dov Lautman and Eliezer Peleg in 1975 and is headquartered in Caesarea, Israel.
