Polenergia SA engages in the providing solutions for the production of electricity, heat, and fuel. It operates through the following segments: Onshore Wind Farms; Photovoltaics; Offshore Wind Farms; Gas and Clean Fuels; Trade and Sales; and Distribution and eMobility. The Onshore Wind Farms segment involves in development, construction, and maintenance of facilities electricity from onshore wind. The Photovoltaics segment includes development, construction, and maintenance of facilities producing electricity using solar radiation. The Offshore Wind Farms segment develops, constructs, and maintain the energy production facilities[electricity from wind at sea. The Gas and Clean Fuels segment engages in development, construction, and maintenance of facilities generating electrical energy in gas cogeneration and development works in the field of production hydrogen and energy production from hydrogen based on energy from renewable sources. The Trade and Sales segment focuses in the commercial business in terms of trading in electricity and certificates of origin, as well as in other energy market instruments. The Distribution and eMobility segment provides electricity and gas distribution and sale services in commercial, industrial, and individual customers and the development of electromobility. The company was founded on July 17, 1997 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
