The Construction and Trade Industry segment focuses on building hardware, components, safety engineering, occupational safety, tools, technical trade, and welding. The Building Services segment offers plumbing products and provides information, administration, and financial services. The Steel segment offers products such as bright and quality steel, stainless and section steel, plate, rolled steel, as well as tubes. The TeamFaktor and Services segment comprises framework agreements and factoring business. The company was founded by Berthold Regenbogen in 1919 and is headquartered in Dortmund, Germany.
