LendingClub: Could we see lower prices?I think LendingClub has a genius business model. Giving an alternative investment for the average person and quick access to capital for the average person. However, this company is still losing money, they have had regulatory run-ins with the SEC, and have a Debt/Equity of 2.8. This company is taking on a massive amount of risk without much industry moat. From a technical perspective, I see the price trying to stabilize around $3.50, but generally still in a down trend. You can see the descending trendline on my chart forcing price lower. LendingClub has a deal with Inuit to integrate turbotax, but this good news hasn't seemed to effect price. I expect to see lower lows here. I'm considering becoming an owner at $2 per share. Thanks for reading.Shortby micahjmiller2
LC In Channel Heading into EarningsLC reports earnings today after the bell. A breakout above the upper bounds implies a 25% price target from there. If earnings are bad, short to the bottom of the channel and look for possible breakdown. GLHF.by ZeroEdgeCapitalUpdated 0
Lending Club could see $5.50 by Mid next week.Investors are loving what they heard on the call with LC executives. I'm expecting healthy gains until the end of the month. Be mindful not to enter at a peak and chase gains, I'd say its a good time to enter a options trade on this. 3.50 strike in the money with a straddle for downward movement, track the gann fan lines for support and resistance. Look for confirmation in support of the fan lines for a movement to the upside should signal an enter. Once this post positive on moving averages I expect institutional and computer generated buying. Saddle up. I'm already in @ 2.79 and I'm about to double down on an options play. I'll be in this long. Longby HustleEconomics0
**Correction: Fib Overlays on Lending ClubWanted to take a minute to line up LC to see what it looked like from recent high and lows under week time frame. I was amazed at its ability to dance between the overlays and show consistency to support laid out. Volume shows likely to the down side, however, RSI shows on its way to bullish with earnings on the way. Nasdaq community seems to be bullish and WS analysis have LC rated for a buy. www.nasdaq.com If volume comes with earnings this could provide the turn-around needed to bring this back from the bottom highs of long ago. Thoughts or feedback welcome. Do your own research and invest at your own risk. This is not financial advice.by CEOSHMOUpdated 3

Lending Club Breakout?Fundamental research is beginning to reveal the adverse effects of credit creation, particularly since 2008, in the global economy. I'm constantly on the lookout for credit creators to short. Here's a recent finding by the Cleveland Fed: clevelandfed.org As for Lending Club, price may retrace back to $5 region before heading south as per RSI. Early bird entry is just below $4, but I expect the big selloff below $3.46 where price action has not traded before.Shortby Trader6127Updated 886
Channel trade aheadEven though we are kind of in the middle of that channel, you should either keep an eye on it, or wait for two more candles to give an unambiguously signal to be sure the downtrend continues. Shortby Evan_Moe_MoneyUpdated 3
Should you buy Lending Club NowI honestly think that you shouldn't invest in lending club right now. At this moment you cannot hold lending club for swing, short, or long. Long is automatically out because The stock has only been going down. For swing and short this stock has a very low volatility rate. This price is way too high. The only time I would invest in it is when it goes into the 5.20's. This stock is also lacking a high rsi. If one bad news comes the stock can fall a lot. The Adx is slowly increasing. This loss for lending club may become a trend very soon. Also the MACD bars are down by almost 0.3. This is a very high price right now. Reading the news about Lending Club there isn't really much more coming for the stock. I would wait and buy this stock when it comes at a lower price. Don't buy this stock right now.Shortby Pranjal1349
LC (Lending Club) Going down?Lending Club has dived for a long time. From the long term trend, I don't think it will start recovering right now. So I am more inclined to predict a fall in price. My prediction is at odds with two analysts from tipranks.com, who recommend a buy (while three others issued a hold recommendation).Shortby NickFi4
Semi-Symmetrical Triangle?Indicators all show it's overbought. Possible retraction down to $5.40-ish and then breakout in July? Feedback appreciated.Longby cderleth845
Channel surfer...RADLC is another gopher burner. Laid low and a possible turn around story I have been keeping an eye on. Goldman is supposedly rolling out there own version of "crowd lending" to crush this upstart. LC has missed out on the financials rally and I would much rather buy it at 4 than 5.5 but if you believe the economy is going to continue to improve and interest rates are going up then I would say the risk/reward for this name could be good. Premium in the options is miniscule and the market maker move is +/- $1.60 all the way out to January 18. Earnings are on May 8 and may provide a down move in order to sell puts and initiate a position. Also wanted to try to duplicate the ATR trader study I used to like to look at to help me determine different levels.Longby dluxe23Updated 3
