As I said in my previous post, NEO has lost about 97% agains Bitcoin. On the USD it has already bottomed at 3.99 on the March 2020 panic low. It seems to be forming a beautiful Cup & Handle pattern on the USD price chart. Also it is completing the same Cup & Handle chart on the RSI. To me that looks very promising !
