Kuaishou marching higher

Long
HKEX:1024   KUAISHOU TECHNOLOGY
The stock market is a game of demand and supply, buyers and sellers. When one side weighs heavier than the other, they win and vice versa.

In the case of this IPO, Kuaishou (read here , here and here )

For a moment, suspense your role as a trader or investor and put yourself living in a rural village and the chance to get out of poverty , fame, money ,etc is all in a mobile app. And the best part, you need not have a degree, travel to cities like Shanghai or Beijing to find a job. You could do it in the comfort of your hometown. Who wouldn't dream of getting out of poverty in this situation ?

And that millions of people in the many rural villages of China using this app drives the demand and there is where the money starts to pour in.

Better still, you need not have a pretty face to go livestreaming or able to dance those sleek moves to showcase to your fans. Enough of that already. You can afford to be different , be who you really are. A farmer can show his homegrown oranges or grapes in the vineyard, how it is grown and how to harvest it. Or another livestreamer could take a bicycle and introduce his hometown, a part less travelled by many.

Risks wise, one need to be careful as China is clamping down on its regulations lately on this area - E-commerce, Livestreaming, Technology, etc.

All these aside, the main driver of these hot Hong Kong IPOs are driven by the million of China investors. Their massive flood of money keep pouring in, driving these companies to sky high valuations and the stock price.

Again, IPOs trading is a fast game and some stroke of luck is required. Use only a tiny fraction of your capital to speculate in it and do not increase the position size unncessarily UNLESS you are prepared for the consequences.

Weigh the risks not just the triple digit rewards that are often shown in the media ! Behind the story of the fallen angel, only those who bled their account will sob in pain and not tell the whole world about it........
