NYSE:ACB is ready for a new impulse wave (upside move): it finished the correction, it formed a bull pennant, the volume is really low now and the price is very squizzed. Very soon will break out of the triangle (pennant). After an upside first move of 251%, my next target for bull pennant is 27$, which is 94% of the current price.
