Alpha went on a massive 60% tear last month, retraced 20% (.382 fib) and now looks like it wants to get bullish again. Price is being squeezed into a corner where it needs to go either up a lot, or down a lot.
Most alt movements are decided by what BTC does, so BTC generally has the last say in what ALPHA will do.
Has to be said that this is a descending triangle = bearish. The fact we are in a bull market makes it more neutral. But generally these want to break downwards.
