Подход к локально-сильному уровню. Вообще скажу что у меня своё виденье рынка. Но из подтверждений общепринятых это пересечение скользящих на MACD, конечно подход аккумуляционный, на первый взгляд. И рубин или алмаз как эта фигура называется...)
