ATVK Founder: based on a DEEP dive into ALL the court filings, Judge Denton will cancel the 19.77 shares On Monday

Monday March 22nd, 8:30am PST the judge will rule if the former CEO Clinton Stokes can keep his 19.77M shares or that ATVK can cancel his shares and return them to treasury. IMO, Judge Denton will cancel the 19.77 shares. This opinion is based on a DEEP dive into ALL the court filings. The key factor here that makes me believe the judge will cancel his shares is this:

“Notably, both CStokes and MMayeaux fail to present any evidence to this Courtdemonstrating that CStokes had an ownership or control interest in the technology developed byPoff. ATVK’s public disclosures reveal that on August 30, 2017, ATVK obtained $100,000 (the same amount paid to CStokes) via sale of 71,429 shares to Meridian pursuant to the Secured Note. Since then, ATVK has repeatedly acknowledged that the fiber optic assets were worthless.In ATVK’s last audited report before management abandoned the corporation, ATVK and its auditors disclosed that ATVK’s fiber optic assets were worth nothing -- actually $100,000 less than nothing. The financial statements and representations in ATVK’s Annual Report are audited pursuant to U.S. Securities Law; to that end the financial statements and representations made in ATVK’s Annual Report were confirmed by ATVK’s auditor with information from third parties. CStokes and KMayeaux also signed ATVK’s Annual Report certifying that ATVK’s fiber optic assets had no value. Shortly thereafter, ATVK defaulted on its lease and exited its only manufacturing facility and theentire group was being sued for conspiracy and fraud.”
So how can you sign an annual audit certifying that the fiber optics asset has no value, and then come back years later after you abandoned the company and it’s shareholder asking the judge to give you your 19.77M ?
This is just my opinion but FACTS are hard argue against in court.
