Good stuff. I had been using MACD to determine the end of a wave but found the AO just slightly more reactive. In most cases they are similar but occasionally I find they will differ on divergence and the AO gave me a slightly better correct ratio. They are both very good. Just a personal choice. This chart emulates one of the charts you used above.

Thanks for your feedback mate. MACD is lagging indicator if you will use the leading and lagging indicator as a combination then they may give you more accurate result rather than relying only on one lagging indicator.

AO is leading here in this picture. if you use RSI 7 20 to 80 you may get more accurate result mate.

Sorry I did not get the call out box in the picture. That is the only time that the MACD reacted quicker than the AO.

which indicator coming close to Zero first mate.

Would this be a 1-2-3-4-5 with an ABC correction already started?..

Or, in this example, Wave 5 is still pending?

Again Eagle eyes mate. you have got the concept.

Thank you! Not an eagle-eye, just learning =)

Would it be correct to say then that MACD usually goes into an opposite way to the trend, when corrective waves finish? Lets say we are in a downtrend, therefore waves 2 and 4 would bring MACD above or close to Zero?

Absolutely you are right man. Very nice pick mate. Eagle eyes.

Hi Wave-trader? What do you think? Is it correct?

5th wave can not go that much far as you shown on your chart, because we can see Divergence on MACD here is the example

Nice! But what about the EW rule which states that W4 must never enter the price range of W1, unless it's an ending diagonal?
In your first comment that rule is clearly being violated, right?
Anyway, thanks!

At least you know something about ending diagonal.
