We are obviously in a bear market, but who knows. BTC might see a relief bounce after the summer like the one in 2019 and some altcoins could really benefit from this. Target is far fetched but we could see an attempt and maybe see new ATH on this coin before next bull run. It's not like we haven't seen that before, just look at what chainlink did in 2019. Although we're probably going to be needing some more fundamental incentive that drives this move.
