Though I have personally been running with 23800 PE; I will say to short 23500 PE at 100 due to its awesome premium and crucial support.
Comment:
Well 23500 PE at 100 is no more risk I think; One can look to ladder up to 24000 PE directly as 23500 PE has become penny share.
