Will the 21 week MMA crossing the 50 and 100 week be bullish?

After a very long down cycle for BCH for 3 years now it looks like a big move is coming to BCH. The 21 week mma crossing up through the 50 and the 100 IMO is very bullish . Lets see what can happen in the next few weeks.
$450 usd is the first short term target.
