Another requests from a follower based in Singapore. Here, in our country, there are many forms of sports betting like Singapore Pools where you can try your luck on sports betting like soccer matches, lottery tickets and horse betting.

Too bad, these are government owned and they are not publicly listed so they are not tradeable in the market. It is a different story outside Singapore like in US and Europe.

Here's one sports betting ETF and another gambling stocks , WMH for your reference.

Which is better ? On hindsight, simple mathematics would tell you to place your bet on WMH which has delivered more than 200% returns since August whereas BETZ ETF offers only 25% of that (about 50%).

Stock picking may not be for everyone as it can be a tedious task and involves time and effort to do research. ETF is much like a buffet spread where you can a wider selection and pays only one single price. Too bad, you do not get to choose the menu so one important aspect of ETF research is to look at the holdings and the weightage , apart from other things like expense ratio, years of returns, etc.

Ask any Singaporeans and they will tell you at one time or another, they have been to these Singapore Pools outlets to try their luck on buying lottery tickets especially during the festive seasons like Chinese New Year where the game prize can be up to S$5,000,000.

From chart, we can see both are a little overbought so I would wait for the price to retrace a little to the support line before initiating a long position.

As usual, I would leave the fundamentals side of this stock and ETF for you to find out more.
Comment:
awaiting for 26.87 support level , find a bullish angle and go long more....
