In Dec,23, their WOS - Bigbloc Building Elements Private Limited initiated expansion of production capacity from 2,50,000 CBM to 5,00,000 CBM; the expansion will be met by mixture of internal accruals and debt and shall be completed within 6 months. Existing capacity utilisation is 85%. The company also has a planned expansion at Kapadvanj, Ahmedabad through a JV for 300,000 CBM. The capex of Rs.75 crs is planned

The JV has started capacity building and is expected to commence operations by FY24 with collaborative marketing expenses.
