i'd give the green and the red my coinflip odds. still banking on the wycoff spring backtest as detailed in a prior post to make this a reality, and then breakdown from there is obvious (should that occur, ill admit and 95% of traders should too, that they have alot of assessment to do at that point if they haven't already entered that short position, let alone ANY shorts for the past couple of months).

now, one has to ask themselves; if corporate entities like the US government / EU have been arresting criminals over the course of however long these criminals have been using cryptocurrency, what would happen in the event that the US government sells it back to the open market.
We all seem to have forgotten about marked bills when applied to the blockchain - note that i am not saying this is the sole explaination of where price action goes, but it is an interesting factor worth noting as well.
recent boasts from federal authorities busting pipeline hackers and cyberhacking abroad (lets not forget klaus schwabb's infamous 'cyber pandemic' cost to society), lead to a conclusion that the stakes are being raised tremendously, and by extension; alot of societal pressure is being put onto geopolitics right now to adapt to an internet of value infrastructure (which is both vulnerable and in its infancy). I have seen todays announcement by France(successful cbdc securties settlement test) and rwanda, there were 3 cbdc announcements last week (iirc) from israel, nigeria, and another african country - and prior to that in the last months (again iirc) singapore, egypt to dubai remittances, we have an attempt at el salvador, wyoming deposit and transfer awarded banking charter,
It would make sense for them to either want to regulate it so that the heatbag from holding a siezed asset class doesn't make them look bad, and / or also put pressure onto them in order that they may perservere forward as a force of dominance in the space.
