I have long said I know very little about this asset class and whenever I dabble in it , it is a short term speculative play. By keeping it to 1% of your capital, you lower the risk of an all loss situation which will not render your portfolio to tumble turn.
Most important, you must have a good night sleep. So, I took a position in IBIT around 24 price level with a very small position. At the moment, I have no plans to add more but merely watching the chart out of fascination and the profits run.
Read latest news here. Those who have missed the boat in BTC or this ETF are rushing in to capture the trend, pushing it higher and higher which is difficult to sustain and at one point, it would come tumble down.
I often remind myself this profit is gained out of pure luck and I should not get too cocky and throw in the kitchen and sink to buy more. I may not get so lucky the next time so cherish the run while it is still on the journey..........
