-FUD is at an all time high.
-Its an unregulated space.
-The volatility is high.
-Its unfamiliar.
-It could be a bubble.
-Its hard to understand.
Scary stuff but to cut a long story short: Forecasting or evaluating Bitcoin prices based on fundamentals is silly since it doesn’t have any. When looking at demand-backed currencies, you are playing a game of forecasting hype in a market full of manipulation.
Ignore the hype and buy in when other are fearful? Thats my approach.
So its drops to 5k, 4k, 3k? Thats a big lost. But what if it carried on its exponential price rise and went to 20k, 30k or 40k. The risk to reward ratio is too high not be on board.
The best time to buy is when everyone is terrified. Risky, yes, but the rewards in this case could be dramatic.
