Short term cap on BTC? Or a new Breakout?

Looks like we are hitting an inflection point, we could see another drop in BTC or if we Break higher we can see a larger move.

My opinion, we see a drop. BTC is exhausted, but hey, it's BTC... Might have more gas in the tank.
