With BIP 91 locked-in we have better confidence. Prices have been consolidating waiting for the confirmation and now we have it. Preices are going to break $3000 near term then pop higher. Target is $3500.

As predicted price broke the $2900 resistance and quickly popped higher to touch $3200. If prices pull back to retest $2900 that is a good thing which means prices will go higher. Or we might see $3600 very soon.
