BTCUSD: Two More Phases to Pass Before Confirming Reversal
Hi Everyone! Simply posting a quick update to point out the two remaining phases we have to pass through in order to confirm a reversal to sustained upward pressure. The next phase will be for the price action to go sideways within a relatively tight trading range DURING this upcoming period of downward pressure in the 12 hour time frame. Yes, we will see a period of exhaustion in the 12 hour time frame. We need the price action not to fall too deep during this upcoming period of downward pressure in the 12h time frame. If the price action can avoid falling deep, this will allow the green line to remain higher while the White Energy falls lower (BELOW THE GREEN LINE). The White Energy falling below the Green Line is the final phase of confirming a reversal to upward pressure. What's important is the price action not fall too deep during that period of exhaustion (downward pressure) to allow the Energy to fall below the Green to setup for the Green to be higher than the Energy when upward pressure returns.
