We can see from the chart that we have respected a lovely support zone and had a bullish bounce from this, and we can also see a trend line that has formed on this 4H chart, Now what we are expecting is price to make further bullish movement upto this TL and we will wait to see if price bounces and bulls take over or if price smashes through and bulls take price further higher.
So we are LONG! See again how simple trading can be if you keep it simple?
What has been your biggest loss, and more importantly did you learn from it??? You should look at each loss in trading as a LESSON not a LOSS because if you look at it as a loss you will soon drive yourself crazy... you need to work on your mindset in order to achieve greatness in trading and in life. My biggest loss in 1 trade was ( be prepared to feel sick ) £40,000 yes i felt ill for month after and this still haunts me now for time to time but it was my own fault and this was at a very early stage in my trading journey. How did this happen i hear you ask... Well like i say this was about 5 months into my trading career and i was in a bad Gold trade and i just kept on adding money into my account so i didnt get a margin call ( bad mistake ) i didnt have a SL as i thought the trade would come back ( even worse mistake ) and i left the trade open over the weekend ( Dumb arse ) And yes the market opened with a market gap against my trade so it wiped my account!
Now this was a big loss but guess what? I NEVER made the same mistake again! So i class this as a LESSON and not a LOSS.
