Wanted to get this important idea out to you guys since it's one of the most important yet so far. With that $21,500 showing as our resistance again, we're having this battle of the EMA's as Bitcoin is doing the best it can so that it can continue forth and break through that $21,500.
Here's a short term chart below to show:
Encircled are those 200 EMA exit and entry points that show just what happen when you gain and lose that EMA and why it's so vital.
And attached below is the big picture point of view that you really need to take a look at:
The picture speaks for itself along with the indicators that I've added to show you. And it already looks like bears and whales are already dumping hard on Bitcoin. The more we get pulled down, the more support we lose as a lot of retail investors get worried and start selling should support not hold, and at this point for the most part that support has been thanks to the whales and should they decide to jump ship right now we could see this form another mountain top form very likely should that support not stay.
That's why this is so important. This is THAT point for us right now. If there's ever a point we need to see support kick and hold us now is here. Otherwise we'll likely see another mountain top form. And right now you can already see how big that candle is forming as some whales are doing their best to have us lose that EMA.
I'm leaving the idea here but you already know, watch those EMA's! The more we lose those longer time frame EMA's the better grip bears will gain, we need support to hold us. And I'm not just talking today. Chances are we'll likely be hovering here for a bit if support does indeed kick and you best bet some whales will do their best to absolutely sell on us and try to pull us back down so they can buy more as they continue to do.
