Well, what can i say. Personally, i got lucky i sold last week. But i did miss this huge trend break this week, which did wrek my alts bigly :(
We are not here to talk about alts, we are here to talk about the grand daddy - BTC, the dial-up of blockchain.
So in 2018, when we had one of those beautiful drops of 50%, and as you can see at the FIBS, we didn;t hang on to 1.618 for too long. Granted this is different, and 6k wall was broken was brutal. I only survived it, because i was in a favorable position and lost all the gains. Even though i am not sure, i would call that great trading.
So now, in 2020, with a new WTF moment the COVID and Scammers dumping BTC on the market, we drop 50% again, and we actually go lower, hitting 4k mark, and recovering rapidly like T-REX with a jetpack! What can i say, shorts they got to cover eventually!
SO here we are back at $5.2k and waiting for a miracle of Whales? Look crypto is awesome, but we are so driven by FOMO and PANIC it is disturbing at times. Anyways back to GLOOM and DOOM.
SO when ppl are dying left and right, and everyone is getting the heck out of their digital asset - because, well the other guy is doing it also, and machines are freaking out cause stop loss is triggering. Yet, nobody is accepting cash anymore, we are still selling crypto - weird.
Technically this is now starting to look like a channel with a A-E pattern, and we are in B_C leg now, so.... It might mean we are going to be close to hitting 2k this time around!! I know hard to believe! But this is what this price action have shown. The entire CRYPTO market said, i am going to DIE, so need cash, dump ALL MY BTC! LOL conclusion we dumped 50%
Weee, we rally 50% from bottom ... WEEEE, everyone is a winner! Loose 50% on portfolio. Then buy bottom on falling knife pray, add to stack, pray some more, sweat and then BOOM! YAYA. WEEE crypto market is the best!
We got some fractals, but in general i believe we are still heading toward 2k now. Unless, something major changes like an ETF, cause got look at the OIL and GOLD etfs, so.. i am certain now we are going to get BTC etf!
Also, look at these nasty Head and Shoulder patterns. YAK. CRYPTO market really took a nose dive this week.
