Scenario 1: BTC breaks downward trend line; if price action goes within upper box consider it the trend reversal signal showing BTC recovery and end of a 47%! retracement. Possible trade set-up, needs to be watched.
Scenario 2: BTC doesn't break downward trend line; if price action goes within the lower box consider it the continuation signal showing BTC retracement bottom. If price goes below 7,000$ it might signal a much larger retracement, this is not likely.
