How Much Time Takes to Reach $1 000 000?

There are 2 main questions right now:
- Is it possible to turn $10 000 into $1 000 000 trading crypto?
- How much time will it take to reach this goal?

In this post, I offer you some math, with exact goals and forecasts based on the real performance.

The 1st question - Is it possible to turn $10 000 into $1 000 000 trading crypto?
YES! I'm 100% sure about it. Even more, I know how to do it.
There are just several reasons which can impact on reaching this goal. I'm talking about wrong risk and money management, wrong emotions and poor discipline, trading without a plan. Also, we can add some more factors which will be individual for each trader. But, if we fix them, we will have everything we need to reach the goal.

The 2nd question - How much time will it take to reach this goal?
It is really a good question and we can only try to predict and set up some reachable goals in order to understand how we move forward to the main goal in $1 000 000.

I can't share here the spreadsheet with all calculations, just you have to trust my words...
If you make an average 20% per month, you will be able to turn $10 000 into $1 000 000 within 26 Months.

20% of profit per month trading in the spot market, is it much?
Well, I think it is a reachable goal. It is something like 1% per day and about 5% in a week. Some traders tell you that it is impossible to get such results within 26 months, but some traders will tell you YES, why not? If we look at trading results from the majority of "crypto gurus" in their Telegram channels, it is their profit from 1 trade, and per month they can easily make 1000% )))

Of course, everything depends on the market conditions. In the bullish market, we will have a lot of trade opportunities and profitable trades. It will be the perfect time for making money. In the choppy market, we will have a lot of false signals, and our main goal will be to avoid deep drawdowns. The bearish market will be able to give us opportunities for shorting, but the profit won't be so significant. Why? Because any market in the bullish trend can show 200%, 500%, 1000% movement, but it can't be more than 100% in the bearish trend. That's why we have to consider the market conditions as the main factor which can push us to the main goal or slow down. But it is okay! I think there is no difference in reaching $1 000 000 in 20 months, 26 months or 30 months. Just ask yourself, where were you 2-3 years ago?

I shared with my followers the statistics from my public account. Since August, I could turn $15 000 into $27 300 trading in the spot market. It is about 82%. Yes, the correction in the crypto market gave me a correction of my capital to about 50% of gained profit in the lowest point. But I moved it above 57% rather quickly. My balance became about $24 000. Let's use 57% as an average profit for these five months. Also, I offer you to use Bitcoin as an index of the whole crypto market in order to compare our performances and try to predict possible results based on the exact numbers.

For the same period, Bitcoin moved upward about 85% and downward about 34%. So, by investing $15 000 in Bitcoin we could make $27 750 and correct the capital to $18 315 in the correction period.

So, what do we have, if compare Bitcoin performance and my trading for the period from August to December 2021:
Bitcoin showed 84% and 34% pullback = $15 000 to $27 750 and a correction to $18 315

I showed 82% profit and about 12% pullback = $15 000 to 27 300$ and a correction to $24 000.
We are closely the same in the bullish period but I'm better in the correction period!

And now let's copy this performance from the range market conditions into the bullish trend which we had in the previous year.
From the lowest point of the bullish trend, March 2020, up to the TOP in April 202, Bitcoin showed 1561% result.

What does it mean in numbers?
If we invested $15 000 into Bitcoin in March 2020, we would be able to reach $250 000 just in 1 year. We know from the previous calculation that my performance is very close to the market movement.
So, we can use these numbers to calculate a possible income in the bullish trend and apply it to the $1M Trading Challenge. Awesome?

$10 000 capital with about 1561% of the gain would give $166 000. So, it is about x16 for 12 months. How many x do we need to turn $166 000 into $1 000 000? Yes, you are right. We will need x7 to reach $1 000 000, and it is possible to reach in the further 6-12 months.

What is also important. I used mainly position trading and missed very interesting movements with good %. If we add swing trading and interesting projects with great potential, a new Solana for example, all these numbers become reachable in the period of 2-3 years. We just need a new bullish cycle after a deep correction. Will it be? Sure, it is a matter of time.

So, combines everything into a short summary:
1. From my point, it is possible to turn $10 000 into $1 000 000.
2. Estimated time period for the $1M trade challenge can be between 2-3 years with the 20% goal per month.
3. My calculation confirms that my trading approach is able to do it.
