Ethereum just crossed over the 0.03 BTC line, and history shows that almost everytime this happens, a rally follows.
This could be a higher low meaning 0.024 was the bottom of last bear market.
However recently what has happened twice in a row is price bouncing on resistance at the 200 Days EMA.
This is why my first target will be there.
