This is a rising wedge pattern ? (Bearish Reversal Signal)

This indicates slowing movement and it usually precedes a reversal to the downside, meaning Traders should be aware of the price will down.
My strategy.
I wait for a breakout of a rising wedge pattern. If breaking down I will sell for taking profit and short BTC but if breaking up meaning the rising wedge pattern fails we can follow buy again.
