BTC finding resistance at 31300

Good morning, after BTC feel out of rising wedge, it found resistance at bottom trend line and has now faced hard rejection. Finding more resistance at 31300 and will need to overcome this area with 4hr close above or better. I personally feel like bottom will drop out any time now since BTC has tested this 31000 level at least 5 time in the last 4 days.
