BTC Short term UP - Head n Shoulders in pennant pattern

Its look like we are forming head and shoulders pattern in continuation pennant.. So there is some chance to:

1) Breakout from pennant and touch upper trendline
2) Fakeout from pennant (dip) and go back all the way down
3) Breakout down from pennant
