i think india good news wasn't big enough for fake breakout from up :)
Although the volume increased, it could not pass the high resistance.
and now volume is decreasing.
Therefor my previous idea is valid yet and this idea is invalied.
But if it breakout from above, it must be fake and it will go back down.
