BTC/USDT | Up or down?

In my opinion there are two scenario's for btcusdt at this moment, which both can be traded.

Scenario 1 (green)
btcusdt breaks the blue line and bounces on the local resistance at 32700. After that, I expect a rebounce on the blue line and a climb to the upper blue line.
After bounce of blue line = nice entry point for long

Scenario 2 (red)
btcusdt bounces on the blue line and a fall to 31k
After bounce of blue line = nice entry point for short
