CLV has been in a long term downtrend. It now looks like it's forming a big base and obv looks like it's already broken out of it's downtrend on the daily timeframe but price hasn't followed (yet).

I think once the trendline breaks, it'll be a very sharp move higher. I think the target is likely somewhere in the $.13-.15 range.
