DEC has a huge following and community and Youtubers who are investing. I would consider the majority of holder as strong hands and if we see this play out, once we start to create a local uptrend, we could see the value start breaking up past $0.37 and then onto breaking all time highs. ETH is having a little pump to and I see some correlation there too.
