Does DOW New High means the market is going up

I have strong believe that Dow 30 and all other indexes will drop in sever correction wave for its almost 10 years rising. The reasons made me believe so is that:

• The momentum that made the stock market rise was fading.
  
• The reason behind the Dow increment is the lagging stocks and other companies that have consumer products such as coca-cola, where they were behind when leading companies were increasing in their stocks prices.
  

Those two reasons made me believe that the market of stocks will drop and it will be good for those who look to make good many by shorting those leading companies such as Apple, Boeing and other companies except for Microsoft since this company is the only one that survived the Market crisis that occurred in 2008.
