Heres a count on the 1h chart......looks to me like doge is in a intermediate (red) wave 3 of primary (green) wave 5 of cycle (yellow) wave 3
if you enter here in the mid $0.60's, get out by $1.05.....you can try for 1.20 if you're ballsy, otherwise wait for re-entry around $0.72 to finish off cycle wave 5 at $1.60
