We have seen a pull back to the .618 fib retracement level... my favorite!
I use this tool from the smallest (background) breakout argument, to the peak of the main impulse wave... shown here in the rainbow levels.
this is also illustrated on a harmonic pattern that is likely influencing our movements currently. It is from from 2 motions ago, to account for the fore-ground and background argument zones. For-ground is bigger swings controlled by bullish bulls and bearish bears. the rear arguments are the smaller ones, controlled by the bullish bears and bearish bulls.
I have also flipped the fib tool, in grey to show an extension to 1.618... which lands real nicely on that previous harmonic pattern.
That previous pattern is the basis for the projection in grey.
