My TOP10 picks list in (Silver & Gold) Mining companies 1/10
With the recent bullish action in Gold and Silver it could be the right moment to investi in Gold and Silver Mining companies, which constitute a leveraged bet on the underlining metals.
It can not be understated that mining companies are one of the most hated investments in the global financial world. They have performed poorly in the past, sometimes even when the metals made some important gains. Wo why this time could be different ?
With the approaching break down in the Gold to Silver ratio (I will soon publish a chart), I nevertheless am quite confident that my Miners Portfolio (about 10% of my overall portfolio) will perform well.

First pick - DISCOVERY SILVER - DSV
It is one of the biggest silver deposits of the world. The Mineral Resource Estimate for their Cordero Mine was most recently updated in January 2023: it grew by about 35% and is now over 1.2 Billion ounces of silver in the Measured and Inferred category) !! The project is located in Mexico.
On a technical analysis basis price has broken out (yesterday) of the bullish descending wedge. The apex of the wedge was situated on an important strong resistance zone between 0.56 and 0.66 $.
I do not use stops but if you would like to place a stop, it could be at 55 cents. I do not thing however that we will revisit those prices again.
As often, I bought too early, at 0.66$ one month ago. However I was so confident that I made it my number 1 position. Yesterday it rose 23.94% and so I am already in profit.
There is no need to chase here. However with 350 Million $ I guess this company is deeply undervalued ! Analyst ratings give it a target of 2.67 $ (wich is a 200% or 3 x move from current price).
I am bullish !!

Contrary to my expectation, we had one come back into the bullish wedge. Hopefully you did like me who has not stop loss. Price came back down until 53 cents and stops have been cleared. Price is back into break out zone. It is still a great time to buy Discovery Silver !! Not financial advice. It is just one of my biggest positions in silver mining stocks !
