Yesterday, USD strengthened against most major currencies except GBP.

The retail sales m/m data released yesterday indicated a higher than forecasted increase in consumer spending during October.

• Core Retail Sales m/m (Actual: 1.7%, Forecast: 1.0%, Previous: 0.7% revised from 0.8%)
  
• Retail Sales m/m (Actual: 1.7%, Forecast: 1.2%, Previous: 0.8% revised from 0.7%)
  

The U.S. housing data will be released later at 2130 (GMT+8).

• Building Permits (Forecast: 1.63M, Previous: 1.59M)
  
• Housing Starts (Forecast: 1.58M, Previous: 1.56M)
