DOLLAR UP /FORIEGN CURRENCY DOWN
I believe long term dollar is posed to go lower.
If price moves lower into the green box I will hunt for bullish PA to get long. I will allow price to move low as Range equilibrium. Any price break below the bearish candle before the push up, I will wait for price action to tell me to form a bias. Targets Red x, range high and upto 91.75 level.

The market probably will push higher neutralize all the buy stops resting at redx, range high and find resistance at 91.75 area.
