DZC 2000 & 2008 crash fractals, large rally coming... eventually

The DZC, dynamic software index has crashed in a similar pattern to 2000 & 2008 with a similar magnitude with a total decline of just over 50%. The fractal structure is the same in both all cases as well with the slow chop down highlighted in the green ellipses creating lower highs and lower lows before the large capitulation crash into the consolatory double bottom. It looks like the bottom could be complete or we could see one rally and another retest, it's always very hard to say on long term analysis. But both fractals seems to support us reversing very shortly and testing around the all time highs near the center of the trend channel.
